Our tour of South America continues this week with a trip to Chile. Rob and Amber recover from the bad airline karma of last week to again make it onto an early flight with half the racers. This leaves Eric & Danielle, Joe & Bill, David & Mary, and Charla & Mirna fighting it out to avoid elimination. Ultimately, David & Mary can’t overcome bad decisions and are eliminated.

The Good

• Watching a leg where navigation skills are paramount.
• Seeing some of my favorite teams staying out in front.
• Teri telling Charla & Mirna where they can stuff their privileged attitude.
• Joe & Bill running into Charla & Mirna (no, not literally) and getting the portion of the clue they missed.

The Bad

• Bill & Joe not getting the entire clue.
• Danielle and David freaking out over the fish.
• Eric’s constant admonishment for Danielle to “use [her] boobs”.

The Ugly

• The Beauty Queens missing a route marker entirely.
• Charla & Mirna. Period.

Next week? More of Charla & Mirna’s persecution complex. That oughta be fun. When are they being eliminated again?
