The race to the finish sees teams jockeying for position on plane flights, solving riddles, stumbling onto clues, and bike riding. Kelly & Jon run strong, but end up in 2nd place. Reichen & Chip manage to bike there way to the finish line and win a million dollars. David & Jeff run into airplane problems in Sydney and receive the Guido clue in Hawaii informing them the race is over.
Sometimes, life just isn’t fair.
Kelly & Jon revel in their stupidity this leg and fall into 3rd place for this leg of the race. David & Jeff maintain their lead with a strong standing. Reichen & Chip bicker their way through this leg to land in second place.

Well, after much delay, I have finally gotten the summary finished. I can’t believe that my Clowns are gone. Not even Reichen & Chip pulling a Heave could save them. I guess that means that I’m cheering for David & Jeff in the race to the finish.

This leg sends the teams racing through Korea in the dead of winter. Some misunderstood directions almost lead to an international incident before saner heads prevail. Some frigid swimming, wriggling lunch, and stress reducing board breaking lead the teams to the Pit Stop in Seoul. Kelly & Jon arrive at the mat first for the first time in the race. And David & Jeff are saved by the second of the non-elimination legs.

The racers get a taste of driving again as they are forced to navigate across Borneo. A race for the Fast Forward leaves Kelly & Jon struggling to stay in the race. Reichen & Chip enjoy some time with the organutans and walk into first place with the Fast Forward.
Jon & Al enjoy another mistake free leg and land in second place again while David & Jeff struggle to find a clue. Sleep depravation catches up with Millie & Chuck and they find themselves driving an hour out of their way only to find themselves in a race to the finish with Kelly & Jon.

The Racers jockey for flights out of India on their way to Malaysia. Reichen & Chip take a gamble to try to get ahead. Once in Malaysia, a good luck blessing, a few boat rides, some fishing, and a little target practice lead the teams to the mat in this 8th leg.
During this episode, Reichen & Chip reveal their relationship to the other teams, as do Millie & Chuck and Jon & Kelly. Reichen & Chip go from worst to almost first. Jon & Kelly take the opportunity to share more of there so-called wit before landing on the mat in last place. But since this is one of the non-elimination legs, they are saved, and we are forced to endure another leg of their 4th grade humor.
