We are 3 legs into this edition of the race, and I think my opinions of most of the teams are starting to coalesce. If you haven’t read them yet, you can catch up on last weeks rankings. Only one team remains on the Undecided list, but they fell back onto it from the Like list. Looks like I’ve got more teams to cheer for than to jeer for, so the rest of this race should be fun. Unless all the teams I like get eliminated.

Debra & Steve are the Married Parents team of this race. The have some travel experience, but almost no knowledge of foreign languages.

Jeff & David are best friends which can be either a good thing, or a bad thing, in this race. Both have quite a bit of experience traveling in Europe which should help them if the race goes back there this time around. But David’s impatience might be a problem. Jeff will have to help keep that in check since so much of the race is determined by who keeps their head in stressful situations.

So, Amanda & Chris are dating, but they “usually hate each other”. That is just a little bit screwed up. It certainly doesn’t make for a good pairing in a race around the world. And as we have seen in previous Races, this race is not the best way to fix a messed up relationship. Just ask Tara & Wil.
